Best paya I ever had, try it with the roti, so good. The lady was very nice. My only thing is that the store could be a little bit more organized, but so is my life, so that's that.

The best Bangla food in LA! Great quality fresh and like home cooked. The sweets are very fresh, unlike the Punjabi ones like India Sweets and Spices. The worst quality of food and sweets. The customer service is excellent only they need to upgrade the bathroom with new sink faucet, soap and paper towels. Since Indians like to eat with their hands the bathroom amenities are not up to standard. I hope someone in the business reads this and pays heed to my comment.

The food remains as good as it was when I visited it last (4 years ago). The place has not changed one bit, except that the restaurant seats have been replaced and improved. The food is as authentic as it can get. During my first visit, I came here with my father and left happy and amazed. This time, I brought 3 friends, and we left the place equally happy and amazed. I just hope the food in this establishment never changes because it is perfect the way it is.

Looking to have some authentic Bangladeshi food? This hole-in-the-wall restaurant has you covered. Aladdin Sweets is a grocery store and restaurant. They also specialize in Mehti (sweets). Their food tastes like what it would if you were eating in a restaurant in Bangladesh. I order pharata (like a tortilla) and some sort of curry to pair the two. They also have Biryani, which is pretty good. On the way out, we take a couple of Mehti to go. The employees are super friendly and always give nice recommendations too. My family has been coming here for years! Definitely recommend dropping by for some pharata at least :)
